Sr. Data Architect

At Frost Bank, we are looking for a Sr. Data Architect to join our team and help create innovative solutions and develop our data architecture capabilities. This individual should be a motivated, self-starter with strong experience in data architecture and data engineering.We seek a candidate with the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; minimum of 5 years’ experience in data architecture, data engineering, and/or data analysis; experience with cloud-based data platforms; excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; and experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.If you have the qualifications and experience to develop and execute data strategy, then we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute data strategies to support the organization’s objectives.

3. Develop and maintain data standards and models to ensure data consistency across the organization.
4. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions.
5. Work with engineering, analytics, and business teams to identify data requirements and ensure they are met.
6. Utilize cloud-based data platforms to improve data management and analytics.
7. Monitor data architecture performance and develop strategies for improvement.
8. Oversee the data security and privacy policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
9. Analyze and resolve data-related issues and provide technical guidance and support.
10. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and engineering.
