- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' financial information to assess risk and develop appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to develop and execute action plans for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and updated on their financial situation.
- Proactively identify potential issues and work to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the bank and clients, ensuring all communications are professional and in line with company values.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all compliance guidelines.
- Foster a positive and empathetic relationship with clients, building trust and rapport during difficult times.
- Represent Frost Bank in a professional manner at all times and uphold the company's values.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity and ethical standards in all job duties.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Lending Or Special Assets Management.
Knowledge Of Banking Regulations, Loan Documentation, And Financial Analysis.
Strong Understanding Of Credit Risk Assessment And Mitigation Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
