1. Develop loan origination systems for Frost Bank's clients.
2. Utilize strong technical and problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions to address customer needs.
3. Remain current on industry trends and new technologies to ensure best practices are applied throughout the development process.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems as needed.
5. Work closely with the Commercial Loans team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
6. Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
7. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions to ensure the team is successful.
8. Adhere to all coding standards and procedures.
