- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engage customers through events and sponsorships
- Lead and manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and logistics
- Build and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals
- Monitor and track event and sponsorship performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and sponsorship management
- Serve as the main point of contact for all event and sponsorship-related inquiries
- Manage event and sponsorship budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI
- Oversee the creation and distribution of event marketing materials, including invitations, advertisements, and promotional items
- Represent Frost Bank at events and serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and mission
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of events and sponsorships in achieving marketing objectives.
Extensive Event Planning Experience: A Qualified Candidate For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Executing Large-Scale Events, Such As Conferences, Trade Shows, And Corporate Events. They Should Be Able To Handle All Aspects Of Event Planning, From Budgeting And Logistics To Vendor Management And Promotion.
Strong Project Management Skills: As A Senior Marketing Specialist, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Events And Sponsorships Simultaneously. They Should Possess Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Tight Deadlines, And Handle Unexpected Challenges.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Various Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Event Vendors, Sponsors, And Cross-Functional Teams Within Frost Bank. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With These Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Event Marketing: A Senior Marketing Specialist For Events And Sponsorships Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Event Marketing Strategies And Tactics. They Should Be Able To Develop Creative And Impactful Event Marketing Plans That Align With Frost Bank's Overall Marketing Strategy.
