Senior Compliance Advisor

Frost Bank is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Compliance Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be expected to develop and execute regulatory compliance strategies to ensure the bank is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will be a key member of the Compliance team and will play an integral role in maintaining the bank’s reputation as a leader in the industry.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a banking compliance role. Additionally, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is also necessary for success in this position.
