Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Banking Or Real Estate Portfolio Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment, And Portfolio Optimization.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Portfolio Managers And Analysts.
