  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for software development.
  2. Lead a team of quality engineers to ensure the highest level of quality in our products and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality standards and metrics.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of software products to identify and report any defects or issues.
  5. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools for continuous integration.
  6. Monitor and track quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality improvement efforts.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  8. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality engineering and implement them within the team.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on quality assurance processes and address any concerns or issues.
  11. Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve any quality-related issues.
  12. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future quality issues.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  14. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  15. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Or Software Testing, Preferably In A Financial Institution

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Principles And Methodologies, Including Automation Testing And Continuous Integration

  • Experience Leading A Team Of Quality Engineers And Coordinating Testing Efforts Across Multiple Projects

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Quality Metrics To Stakeholders.
