5. Handle a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, accurately and efficiently.
6. Maintain proper cash handling procedures and ensure all transactions are in compliance with banking regulations.
7. Assist with opening and closing accounts, as well as processing loan applications and credit card applications.
8. Support and participate in various marketing and sales initiatives to drive business and attract new clients.
9. Collaborate with team members and branch managers to achieve branch goals and targets.
10. Continuously update and expand knowledge of banking industry trends, products, and services to better serve clients.
11. Act as a floater, working in various branch locations as needed to provide coverage and support.
12. Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, as well as federal and state banking regulations.
13. Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times.
14. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude to contribute to a positive team dynamic.
15. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
