- Lead and manage a team of tellers to ensure efficient and effective operations at the bank.
- Train, mentor and develop new and existing tellers to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and evaluate teller performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Oversee daily cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including balancing cash drawers and vaults.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of bank products and services to effectively educate and cross-sell to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the bank's adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Contribute to team meetings and provide suggestions for process improvements.
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service, professionalism, and integrity at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation among tellers.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Teller In A Bank Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Products And Services Offered By Frost Bank.
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills.
Proven Leadership Experience, Including Mentoring And Coaching Of Team Members.
