Investments Regional Supervision Principal

Frost Bank is seeking an experienced and results-driven Investments Regional Supervision Principal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for investments and the ability to help our organization grow and develop. This position will require strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members. The successful candidate will be a key player in the ongoing development and enhancement of Frost Bank's investments supervision program.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of five years of investments industry experience, a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field, and a FINRA Series 7 or equivalent license. In addition to the qualifications above, the candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead Frost Bank's investments supervision program
• Develop and implement strategies to improve and enhance investments supervision
• Develop relationships and collaborate with team members
• Analyze investments data and provide insights and recommendations
• Manage and prioritize tasks independently and as part of a team
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain a valid FINRA Series 7 or equivalent license
• Stay current on industry trends and developments
