- Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing engaging and effective delivery methods.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized programs to address them.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Utilize a variety of training techniques, including hands-on activities, group discussions, and multimedia presentations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development, and incorporate them into training programs.
- Monitor employee progress and provide feedback and coaching to ensure training objectives are met.
- Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure training programs align with company goals and values.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and other resources to support employee learning and development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in various areas of training, such as leadership development, customer service, and technical skills.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee progress to track effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with external training providers, vendors, and consultants to enhance training offerings.
- Act as a mentor and coach to new trainers and assist in their development.
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events related to training and development.
- Participate in employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company's culture and expectations.
Education And Training: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field Is Required. A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Is Preferred.
Experience: Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. Experience In Adult Learning Principles, Instructional Design, And Curriculum Development Is Also Desirable.
Knowledge Of Frost Bank: Familiarity With Frost Bank's Products, Services, And Organizational Structure Is Preferred. Knowledge Of The Financial Industry And Industry Trends Is Also Beneficial.
Communication And Presentation Skills: Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Ability To Deliver Engaging And Effective Presentations To A Diverse Audience Is Also Important.
Collaboration And Adaptability: The Ideal Candidate Should Be A Team Player With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt To Changing Needs And Priorities, And Be Open To Feedback And Continuous Learning.
