Credit Risk Officer

Frost Bank is seeking an experienced and motivated Credit Risk Officer to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring credit risks associated with our banking products and services. 1. Develop and maintain credit risk policies and procedures in accordance with Frost Bank's risk management framework.
2. Conduct credit risk reviews and assessments of all banking products and services.
3. Monitor and report on credit risk exposures and credit trends.
4. Analyze credit data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate credit risk.
7. Train and mentor junior staff in credit risk management.
8. Participate in industry-wide meetings and conferences to stay abreast of industry developments.
9. Monitor and report on regulatory changes related to credit risk.
10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
