Job Description

As a Senior Contact Center Manager with Frost, you will be responsible for giving direct management to the multifunctional teams and the Call Center Managers. Responsibilities will include acting on behalf of the Call Center Director to resolve issues regarding internal and external customers on a daily basis when issues are escalated; coaching and providing leadership to Managers and Employees in the multifunctional areas of the Customer Service Department; assisting Call Center Director with the planning for operations and annual strategy for the Call Center; working with Call Center Director and Managers to continually improve the customer service satisfaction by improving the guidelines and processes of the Call Center; ensuring that internal controls are in place and functioning properly; and exercising the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations.
