Compliance Analyst

Frost Bank is looking for an experienced and motivated Compliance Analyst to join our team and help to ensure our legal and regulatory compliance program is managed and maintained in an effective and efficient manner. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a background in regulatory compliance and 5+ years of experience developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business is also required. In this role, you will be the key compliance contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and address compliance risks. The Compliance Analyst will analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the compliance program and ensure all regulatory filings are accurate and compliant.
