Compliance Analyst

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our team at Frost Bank! The Compliance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the bank's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. This individual will be part of the Compliance team and will work with executive-level stakeholders to ensure the bank's compliance with relevant requirements.The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or relevant experience in a related position. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can evaluate systems and processes to ensure compliance. The successful candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, are also essential. This role requires someone who is highly motivated and committed to meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest standards of compliance. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and ensure the bank's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
2. Evaluate systems and processes to ensure compliance.
3. Work with executive-level stakeholders to ensure the bank's compliance with relevant requirements.
4. Prepare and present reports to upper management on the status of compliance.
5. Stay up to date on current laws and regulations and ensure the bank is in compliance.
6. Develop new strategies and protocols to ensure the highest standards of compliance.
7. Provide support and advice to other team members on compliance-related matters.
8. Investigate and address any compliance issues that arise.
9. Develop and maintain a compliance database.
10. Monitor changes in the legal and regulatory environment and advise senior management of any new requirements.
