Compliance Analyst

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring regulatory developments, assessing compliance risk, and developing and implementing policies and procedures.To be considered, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; experience in banking compliance, risk management, or regulatory compliance; and excellent analytical and communication skills. 1. Monitor regulatory developments and assess compliance risk.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Analyze data and financial models to identify potential compliance issues.
4. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with compliance.
5. Create and maintain compliance documentation.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
7. Provide training and advice to staff on compliance requirements.
8. Conduct audits and review processes to ensure compliance.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
10. Prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory agencies.
