Compliance Analyst

Frost Bank is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking regulations, a passion for compliance, and a desire to help Frost Bank succeed and remain compliant. The Compliance Analyst will serve as a key partner to the business, advising on compliance issues and developing effective compliance programs and policies.To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have a combination of the following required qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role in a corporate or banking environment, strong analytical skills, and experience with regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as the Compliance Analyst will be working with many different stakeholders. Finally, the Compliance Analyst should be organized and have the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and audit banking regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and provide advice to business teams on compliance issues.
3. Work with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective compliance programs and policies.
4. Provide guidance to business teams on risk management and compliance best practices.
5. Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance documents accordingly.
6. Serve as the point of contact for all inquiries related to compliance.
7. Prepare and submit reports to the applicable regulatory agencies.
8. Investigate and respond to any regulatory or compliance-related issues.
9. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on regulatory compliance.
10. Stay up-to-date on the latest changes in the compliance landscape.
