Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities of a Compliance Analyst:

1. Monitor and analyze changes in applicable laws and regulations to ensure Frost Bank remains compliant.
2. Provide advice and guidance on compliance-related policies and procedures.
3. Ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements, including those for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
4. Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
5. Create and maintain compliance-related documentation, including training materials and reports.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Lead internal audits of compliance processes and procedures.
8. Investigate suspicious activities and violations of laws and regulations.
9. Prepare and present reports on compliance matters to senior management.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulators and other stakeholders.
