Compensation Analyst

Frost Bank is looking for an experienced professional to join our Compensation Analyst team! If you have a knack for analyzing data and a passion for helping to create equitable compensation plans for our employees, this role is for you. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual that can work independently and collaboratively with our Compensation team to ensure that our compensation plans align with company goals and objectives.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration, and at least 3 years of experience in a compensation analyst role. They should be highly organized, have excellent analytical skills, and be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. They must also have a strong understanding of compensation principles and practices, including job evaluation, market analysis, and salary survey data.
