Responsibilities:

1. Work with customers to determine their financial goals and best options for achieving them.
2. Educate customers on the mortgage process and different loan programs.
3. Process loan applications and ensure that all documents are accurate and complete.
4. Review credit reports, appraisals, title documents, and other loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
5. Stay up to date on changing laws and regulations pertaining to residential mortgage lending.
6. Maintain relationships with real estate agents, homebuilders, and other referral sources.
7. Follow up with customers to ensure that their loan is processed in a timely manner.
8. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
9. Ensure that all customer information is kept confidential and secure.
10. Maintain accurate records of loan applications and other documents.
