Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, referral sources, and other business partners • Assist customers in navigating the mortgage loan process, providing all necessary information and guidance • Review and analyze customer financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness of mortgage loan applications • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers, ensuring that their needs are met • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Assist customers with closing and post-closing activities • Prepare loan documentation including disclosure forms, credit reports, and other required documents • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, modify, and manage loan documents • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all loan-related activities • Monitor loan origination pipeline and pipeline reports • Work cohesively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and success
