Commercial Appraisal Analyst

At Frost Bank, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Appraisal Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of commercial appraisal principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. The Commercial Appraisal Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing the tangible and intangible characteristics of commercial real estate investments. The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to interpret appraisal results and make recommendations.To be successful in this role, the Commercial Appraisal Analyst must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, along with 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate appraisals and/or investments. The candidate must also have a solid understanding of real estate markets, investment trends, and financial modeling.
