- Conduct thorough research and analysis of insurance regulations and compliance requirements to ensure Frost Bank's benefits options are in line with industry standards and legal guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that adhere to insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and review insurance policies and contracts to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
- Keep up-to-date with changes and updates in insurance regulations and communicate any potential impacts to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with insurance regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with insurance vendors to negotiate and obtain the best possible benefits options for Frost Bank's customers.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of compliance processes and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to insurance compliance and benefits options.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all insurance policies and contracts are in compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Participate in industry conferences and seminars to stay current on emerging trends and best practices in insurance compliance.
- Communicate regularly with management and provide updates on compliance issues and potential risks.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive customer information.
- Continuously evaluate and improve compliance processes to ensure Frost Bank's benefits options remain competitive and compliant with regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration And Compliance In The Insurance Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Aca, And Hipaa.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail To Ensure Compliance With Complex Policies And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Vendors.
