  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Frost Bank's benefits packages and offerings.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding benefits inquiries and requests.
  3. Educate clients on the various benefits options available to them and help them choose the best package to meet their needs.
  4. Work closely with the HR department to ensure accurate and timely enrollment in benefits programs.
  5. Keep up-to-date records of client interactions and maintain accurate data in the company's database.
  6. Assist clients with any issues or concerns related to their benefits, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and streamline the benefits enrollment process.
  8. Stay informed of industry trends and changes in benefits regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  10. Participate in new client onboarding and ensure a smooth and efficient benefits enrollment process.
  11. Conduct regular benefits presentations for clients to educate them on new offerings and updates.
  12. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or discrepancies with benefits packages.
  13. Ensure all client information is kept confidential and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Work with clients to resolve any billing or payment issues related to their benefits.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client satisfaction and retention.
