As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of customer experience with our products. You will provide technical support and advice, troubleshoot product issues, and provide feedback to the product development team to ensure we are offering the best features and solutions to our customers.We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer experience and has a strong knowledge of the product development process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a product specialist role, experience with customer support software, and an understanding of the software development life cycle. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
