We’re looking for an experienced Lead UX Writer to join the Freshworks team and help shape the future of our user experience by crafting effective, clarity-focused copy. As Lead UX Writer, you’ll be a strategic partner for product teams and a champion for the user, working to ensure that all of Freshworks’ product experiences are intuitive and effortless.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, a knack for distilling complex concepts into concise and clear copy, and a passion for creating delightful experiences. You should also be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple projects at once, and delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.If you’re looking for a challenging role that allows you to have a real impact on the user experience of a growing product, we want to hear from you!
