Director - Professional Services

We’re looking for a Director of Professional Services to join our team at Freshworks. You’ll be responsible for leading our Professional Services team to ensure our customers get maximum value from our products, while driving revenue growth. If you’re a passionate leader with a proven track record of success in Professional Services, this is the role for you!To be successful in this role you’ll need to have significant experience leading Professional Services teams in the SaaS industry, as well as a deep understanding of customer success and customer engagement.
