Franklin Templeton Investments is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to lead our Global Investment Response Management team for Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ). In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, shape our global RFP and DDQ strategy, and drive the growth of our business.   1. Develop and implement a global RFP and DDQ strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the Investment Response Management team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and portfolio management, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive response to RFPs and DDQs.
  4. Proactively identify and analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously improve the company's RFP and DDQ processes.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure timely and accurate responses to RFPs and DDQs.
  6. Oversee the development and maintenance of a centralized database of RFP and DDQ responses to streamline the process and ensure consistency and accuracy.
  7. Ensure all RFP and DDQ responses are compliant with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  8. Monitor and track RFP and DDQ metrics and use data to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
  9. Stay informed about industry developments and changes in the investment management landscape to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the company's RFP and DDQ capabilities.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the team's performance, challenges, and achievements.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and career advancement.
  13. Ensure the team adheres to deadlines and maintains a high level of quality in all RFP and DDQ responses.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition in RFPs and DDQs.
  15. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to the company's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Investment Response Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Markets, And Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Investment Concepts To Diverse Audiences.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team, With A Focus On Driving Efficiency And Enhancing Overall Performance.
