
Sr. Trust Officer
Franklin Templeton Investments is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Sr. Trust Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in trust, estate, and fiduciary services with excellent customer service and communication skills. Our Sr. Trust Officer will be a results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the trust and estate administration process and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, third parties, and internal departments. The successful applicant must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of trust and estate administration and possess a minimum of 5 years of trust or law office experience. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, as well as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation. Responsibilities:
- Administer trust and estate accounts and services in accordance with the clients’ instructions and applicable laws, regulations, and trust agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, third parties, and internal departments.
- Research and resolve complex trust and estate administration issues.
- Prepare documents, reports, and other materials related to trust and estate accounts.
- Prepare and review financial statements, trust accountings, and other fiduciary reports for accuracy.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and third parties.
- Stay up-to-date with laws, regulations, and industry changes related to trust and estate administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and trust agreements.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and oversee trust and estate activities with internal departments.
