
Sr. Analyst - Cyber Security Governance Risk & Compliance
At Franklin Templeton Investments, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Analyst in the Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance space to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about security and risk and is eager to contribute to the safety and security of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical skills as well as extensive experience with cyber security frameworks, understanding of risk and compliance, and an understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in our industry.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or related field• 8+ years of experience in cyber security, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)• Experienced with GRC tools and solutions such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC, and MetricStream• In-depth knowledge of security policies, standards, and procedures• Proven track record of managing and mitigating security risks• Excellent problem solving and communication skills• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure compliance with standards• Familiarity with the legal and regulatory landscape in the financial services industry• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cyber security governance, risk and compliance strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate existing security policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage cyber security incidents and incidents related to cyber security vulnerabilities.
- Maintain and update GRC tools and solutions such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC, and MetricStream.
- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure compliance with standards.
- Research and analyze the legal and regulatory landscape in the financial services industry.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on security best practices.
- Train and educate staff on security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on security risks and remediation progress.
