Franklin Templeton Investments is looking for a Sr. Analyst - Cyber Security Governance, Risk & Compliance to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a team dedicated to helping protect our company’s most valuable asset – our data.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about cyber security and privacy, and has a strong knowledge of Information Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance principles. They will be responsible for establishing and ensuring compliance with our organization’s security standards and policies.We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment, and who has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 3-5 years of experience in Information Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance. Responsibilities:
- Establish and ensure compliance with organization’s security standards and policies.
- Monitor and assess the risk within the organization's cyber security environment.
- Develop and implement cyber security governance, risk and compliance strategies.
- Create and maintain detailed security documentation.
- Develop and maintain a library of cyber security and privacy policies and procedures.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper security and privacy controls are in place.
- Monitor security events and incidents, and respond accordingly.
- Identify and manage security vulnerabilities.
- Track cyber security metrics and report trends to leadership.
- Keep abreast of cyber security best practices and industry trends.
- Provide training and education on cyber security to employees and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security awareness campaigns.
