The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 3-5 years of experience in Information Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance. Responsibilities:

1. Establish and ensure compliance with organization’s security standards and policies.
2. Monitor and assess the risk within the organization's cyber security environment.
3. Develop and implement cyber security governance, risk and compliance strategies.
4. Create and maintain detailed security documentation.
5. Develop and maintain a library of cyber security and privacy policies and procedures.
6. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper security and privacy controls are in place.
7. Monitor security events and incidents, and respond accordingly.
8. Identify and manage security vulnerabilities.
9. Track cyber security metrics and report trends to leadership.
10. Keep abreast of cyber security best practices and industry trends.
11. Provide training and education on cyber security to employees and other stakeholders.
12. Assist in the development and implementation of security awareness campaigns.
