- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital assets.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community on social media platforms.
- Work with influencers and partners to expand reach and engagement on social media.
- Utilize social media advertising and paid campaigns to reach targeted audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
- Manage social media budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold company values and reputation on social media.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on social media performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns and promotions.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or crises that may arise on social media.
- Continuously research and implement new social media tools and features to enhance our social media presence.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Particularly In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Social Media Analytics.
Experience Managing Multiple Social Media Platforms And Creating Engaging Content.
Knowledge Of Compliance Regulations And Best Practices For Financial Services Companies On Social Media.
