  1. Create and manage social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
  2. Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  3. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
  4. Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  6. Stay updated on industry news and competitors' social media strategies to inform and improve our own approach.
  7. Respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Curate and create high-quality visual content (graphics, videos, etc.) to engage and attract followers.
  9. Maintain brand consistency and voice across all social media platforms.
  10. Conduct regular audits of social media accounts to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with company standards.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and industry professionals.
  12. Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and recommend their integration into our overall strategy.
  13. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices and tools for social media management.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve any social media issues or crises in a timely and effective manner.
  15. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all social media content adheres to industry regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Managing Social Media Platforms, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Compelling Content.
