  1. Oversee daily fund operations, including NAV calculation, reconciliations, and cash management.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transactions, including purchases, redemptions, and transfers.
  3. Conduct regular reviews of fund accounting processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  4. Monitor and comply with all relevant fund industry regulations and guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient fund launch and transition processes.
  6. Prepare and review fund financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert for fund administration inquiries and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  8. Identify and resolve complex fund accounting and operational issues in a timely manner.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including fund managers, custodians, and auditors.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, and make recommendations for process enhancements and automation.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of proficiency and knowledge within the team.
  12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  13. Participate in fund audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  15. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks and issues to senior management.
  16. Provide ad-hoc support and assist with special projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Fund Administration Or Related Field, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Fund Structures, Including Mutual Funds, Exchange-Traded Funds, And Alternative Investments.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Complex Projects And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
