  1. Develop and implement effective sales training programs for our sales team, including new hire training, ongoing training, and leadership development.
  2. Identify training needs and create customized training plans to address knowledge and skill gaps.
  3. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  4. Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their performance and achieve their individual and team goals.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to continuously improve training content and methods.
  6. Collaborate with sales leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives and sales strategies.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  8. Utilize a variety of training methods, including classroom training, online learning, role-playing, and on-the-job training, to cater to different learning styles.
  9. Create and maintain training materials, resources, and job aids to support ongoing training efforts.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and best practices.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure sales training materials and content are accurate and up to date.
  12. Act as a role model for the sales team by demonstrating effective sales techniques and behaviors.
  13. Attend sales meetings and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and gather insights to enhance sales training programs.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve sales training programs to adapt to changing business needs and market trends.
  15. Provide regular reports and updates on sales training initiatives and the progress of sales team members to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Training And Development Expertise: At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Delivering Sales Training Programs, With A Deep Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Strong Product Knowledge: A Thorough Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Mutual Funds, Etfs, And Retirement Planning Solutions, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts To Sales Teams.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Professionals, As Well As Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, Both Written And Verbal.

  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency In Using Various Training Tools And Technologies, Such As Learning Management Systems And Virtual Training Platforms, To Deliver Innovative And Engaging Training Programs.
