Extensive Sales Experience: A Senior Sales Trainer At Franklin Templeton Investments Should Possess At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Financial Industry. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Success In Achieving Sales Targets And Developing Effective Sales Strategies.
Training And Coaching Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Training And Coaching, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Be Able To Design And Deliver Training Programs That Effectively Enhance The Skills Of Sales Professionals.
Knowledge Of Investment Products And Services: As A Senior Sales Trainer, It Is Essential To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Franklin Templeton's Investment Products And Services.
