- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and train junior data analysts, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data systems and processes are optimized for investment analysis.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to investment data analysis.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively identify and address data quality issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Support the development and implementation of new technologies and tools to improve data analysis capabilities.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Data Analytics Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Investment Data Analysis, Preferably In The Asset Management Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Investment Strategies, And Portfolio Performance Analysis.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Data Insights To Various Stakeholders.
