  1. Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company's overall goals and values.
  2. Conduct thorough ESG analysis and research to identify risks and opportunities for the company.
  3. Monitor and assess the company's ESG performance and progress, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to ESG, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  6. Support the development and maintenance of ESG-related policies, standards, and guidelines.
  7. Engage with external stakeholders, such as investors, analysts, and ESG rating agencies, to communicate the company's ESG efforts and progress.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with ESG-related organizations and industry groups to stay informed and connected in the ESG space.
  9. Lead ESG training and education programs for employees to increase awareness and understanding of ESG principles and practices.
  10. Participate in ESG-related events and conferences to represent the company and promote its commitment to responsible and sustainable investing.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop ESG-related messaging and materials for external communications.
  12. Monitor and report on ESG-related metrics and performance to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  13. Contribute to the development and execution of ESG-related projects and initiatives.
  14. Mentor and support junior ESG team members to foster their growth and development.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all ESG-related activities and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Esg Investing, Sustainability Research, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Esg Principles And Frameworks, Such As Sasb, Gri, And Tcfd.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Proficiency With Esg Data Providers And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Esg Strategies And Initiatives To Internal And External Stakeholders.
