  1. Monitor and evaluate the company's compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  2. Develop and implement compliance procedures and processes to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
  3. Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  4. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards that may impact the company's compliance.
  6. Investigate and address any compliance violations or concerns.
  7. Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
  8. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance in all areas of the company.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.
  10. Proactively identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  11. Participate in internal and external compliance audits.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
  13. Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Provide recommendations for improving compliance processes and procedures.
  15. Train and mentor junior compliance team members.
  16. Participate in company-wide compliance initiatives.
  17. Represent the company in compliance-related meetings and conferences.
  18. Ensure that all compliance-related documentation is organized and easily accessible.
  19. Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's compliance program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compliance Or Regulatory Field

  • Strong Understanding Of Sec, Finra, And Other Regulatory Guidelines

  • Experience Conducting Compliance Audits And Developing Risk Management Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Departments.
