  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory and legal requirements.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs.
  3. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, and make recommendations for changes to company policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance is integrated into business processes and operations.
  5. Provide guidance and support to colleagues on compliance-related matters.
  6. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance regulations and expectations.
  7. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies.

  10. Participate in industry conferences and networking events to stay current on compliance trends and best practices.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and act as a liaison between the company and these organizations.

  13. Continuously assess and update compliance procedures to ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  14. Handle any ad hoc compliance-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Related Field, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices, Including Sec, Finra, And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Mutual Funds, Etfs, And Separately Managed Accounts.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Compliance Issues.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Compliance Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
