- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, portfolio management, and operations, to deliver a seamless and personalized client experience.
- Conduct regular client reviews and offer recommendations to optimize their investment portfolios.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in client service and communication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and products to better serve clients and provide informed recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide support throughout the process.

Strong Knowledge Of Investment Products And Financial Markets
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Client Relations Or A Similar Role In The Financial Services Industry
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Client Accounts And Resolving Complex Issues In A Timely And Effective Manner.
