- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs and concerns.

- Serve as a point of contact for clients and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, to ensure compliance at all times.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Client Relations Or Financial Services Industry, With A Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Markets.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Industry Certifications Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Clients, Including Resolving Complex Issues And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To A Diverse Range Of Clients.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Provide Actionable Insights To Improve Client Satisfaction And Retention.
