  1. Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors to ensure successful delivery of services and products to the organization.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of vendor services and products to determine suitability for the organization's needs.
  3. Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contract terms and service level agreements.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and align vendor solutions accordingly.
  5. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions for the organization.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate vendor solutions into the organization's technology infrastructure.
  7. Conduct regular vendor reviews and provide recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform decision-making and identify potential new vendors.
  9. Develop and maintain vendor management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on vendor management best practices and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  11. Serve as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
  12. Analyze vendor contracts and invoices to ensure accuracy and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  13. Assist in the development and management of vendor budgets and forecasts.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to vendor management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues related to vendor relationships.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Technology Vendor Management: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Multiple Technology Vendors And Contracts, Preferably In A Global Enterprise Setting.

  • Strong Negotiation And Contract Management Skills: The Senior Analyst Should Possess Excellent Negotiation And Contract Management Skills To Ensure Favorable Terms And Conditions For Technology Vendor Contracts And Agreements.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Technology Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Technology Solutions, Including Software, Hardware, Cloud Services, And Emerging Technologies, To Effectively Evaluate And Manage Vendor Offerings.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: As A Senior Analyst, The Individual Should Have The Ability To Think Strategically And Proactively Identify Potential Risks And Issues With Technology Vendors, And Develop Solutions To Mitigate Them.

  • Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: This Role Requires Effective Communication And Collaboration With Various Internal Stakeholders, Including Business Partners, Legal, Procurement, And It Teams. The Senior Analyst Should Have Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills To Build And Maintain Positive Relationships.
