Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RFP Specialist to join our team at Franklin Templeton Investments on a 12-month contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing the request for proposal (RFP) process for our global investment firm.   1. Manage the entire request for proposal (RFP) process for the global investment firm.
  2. Ensure timely completion of all RFPs within the designated timeframe.
  3. Collaborate with various teams within the organization to gather necessary information and data for RFP responses.
  4. Write and edit high-quality RFP responses that accurately reflect the firm's capabilities and offerings.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date library of RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  6. Review and analyze RFP requirements to determine the appropriate content and format for responses.
  7. Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant information is included in RFP responses.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for external inquiries related to RFPs.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and efficient RFP process.
  10. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure RFP responses are competitive and aligned with market standards.
  11. Keep track of all RFP-related activities and maintain accurate records.
  12. Continuously improve the RFP process and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Stay updated on industry best practices and standards for RFPs.
  14. Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor RFP responses accordingly.
  15. Adhere to strict deadlines and ensure all RFPs are submitted on time.
  16. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all RFP responses.
  17. Act as a brand ambassador for the firm, maintaining a professional and positive image in all communications.
  18. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the RFP process.

Job Qualifications
