Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retirement Benefits Consulting Or A Similar Role
Strong Knowledge Of Retirement Plans, Such As 401(K), 403(B), And Pension Plans
Professional Certifications, Such As Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (Cebs) Or Certified Retirement Counselor (Crc)
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Explain Complex Retirement Concepts To Clients And Colleagues.
