Job Description

At Franklin Templeton Investments, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-oriented Project Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing a variety of projects across the organization, ranging from tenant improvements, office relocations, and construction projects to the installation of new equipment and furnishings. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in corporate real estate and/or facilities. They should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successful project execution. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage a variety of projects across the organization, such as tenant improvements, office relocations, construction projects, and the installation of new equipment and furnishings.
  2. Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successful project execution.
  3. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
  4. Identify and develop project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  5. Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
  7. Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  8. Lead project teams to ensure successful project completion.
