
Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate & Facilities
At Franklin Templeton Investments, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-oriented Project Manager to join our Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing a variety of projects across the organization, ranging from tenant improvements, office relocations, and construction projects to the installation of new equipment and furnishings. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in corporate real estate and/or facilities. They should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successful project execution. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a variety of projects across the organization, such as tenant improvements, office relocations, construction projects, and the installation of new equipment and furnishings.
