Job Description

At Franklin Templeton Investments, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Manager- CANVAS (Asset Management) to join our innovative team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of asset management and experience working with CANVAS. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand and interpret trends in the financial industry, along with a passion for developing product solutions to support our clients’ needs.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. Additionally, three to five years of experience in product management and/or asset management is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once, are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage product solutions to support clients' needs in asset management.
  2. Monitor trends in the financial industry and interpret data to create strategies for product development.
  3. Analyze the market for potential new products to meet customer needs.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, marketing, and finance) to ensure product goals are achieved.
  6. Track product performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  7. Develop and implement product training and support materials.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of CANVAS and its capabilities.
  10. Generate ideas and solutions to improve product performance.
