  1. Develop and implement investment strategies for the private markets portfolio, in line with the company's overall investment objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to identify potential investment opportunities.
  3. Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments and make recommendations to senior management.
  4. Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and service providers, such as fund managers, consultants, and legal advisors.
  5. Lead the execution of investment transactions, including negotiating terms and conducting financial analysis.
  6. Oversee the performance of the private markets portfolio and make adjustments as needed to ensure it meets performance goals and objectives.
  7. Communicate portfolio performance and investment updates to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  8. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to private markets.
  9. Collaborate with other teams within the firm, such as research and risk management, to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive investment approach.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to more junior members of the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  11. Participate in business development activities, such as client meetings and presentations, to help grow the private markets business.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investment activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Investment Management, Preferably In Private Markets.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Private Markets And Alternative Investments, Including Private Equity, Real Estate, And Infrastructure.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Portfolios And Driving Investment Performance.

  • Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Assess And Communicate Complex Investment Strategies To Clients And Colleagues.
