  1. Conduct multi-asset attribution analysis and provide insights on portfolio performance to clients.
  2. Utilize analytical skills to identify and explain key drivers of portfolio returns.
  3. Collaborate with team members and clients to develop and implement effective attribution strategies.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in multi-asset attribution.
  5. Communicate complex investment concepts and analysis findings clearly and effectively to clients.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  7. Work closely with portfolio managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of attribution analysis.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the attribution framework.
  9. Assist in the development and maintenance of attribution models and methodologies.
  10. Adhere to compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
  11. Provide training and support to team members on attribution methodologies and tools.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and solutions related to multi-asset attribution.
  13. Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  14. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research to support client requests and business initiatives.
  15. Participate in client presentations and meetings to discuss attribution results and recommendations.
  16. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Multi-Asset Class Investment Strategies: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Asset Classes, Including Equities, Fixed Income, Alternative Investments, And Derivatives. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Multi-Asset Class Investment Strategies And Managing Portfolios Across Different Asset Classes.

  • Advanced Analytical Skills: The Role Of A Multi-Asset Attribution Senior Consultant Requires A High Level Of Analytical Proficiency. The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Data Sets, Identify Performance Drivers, And Provide Insights To Support Investment Decision Making.

  • Experience In Performance Attribution And Risk Analysis: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Performance Attribution And Risk Analysis Techniques. They Should Be Familiar With Industry-Standard Tools And Methodologies For Measuring And Attributing Portfolio Performance Across Different Asset Classes.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate Complex Investment Concepts And Analysis To Both Internal And External Stakeholders. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Deliver Effective Presentations, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Relevant Education And Certifications: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Additionally, Certifications Such As The Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa) Or Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (Caia) Can Strengthen A Candidate's Qualifications For This Position.
