  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  2. Monitor and analyze investment activities to identify potential compliance risks.
  3. Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and communicate changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and risk management, to address compliance issues and find solutions.
  7. Investigate and resolve potential compliance violations or breaches.

  12. Participate in industry conferences and forums to stay informed on compliance best practices.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, such as portfolio managers, to ensure compliance processes are integrated into investment decision-making.
  14. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on compliance activities and any potential issues.
  15. Continuously review and enhance compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field
